Norley Hall Care Home is situated in a vibrant community on the outskirts of Wigan. The home specialises in dementia care and is purpose-built to deliver outstanding care. Residents and loved ones can enjoy the home's bar, bistro or garden, which is always full of life. But don't take our word for it:
"My lovely Nan has been a resident at Norley Hall Care Home for some years now and as a close family, we all felt a huge guilt cloud upon us as we were no longer able to look after her ourselves, I'm sure most families can relate to this. The staff and management have over the years become like our second family. They've been nothing but brilliant with my Nan, nothing's been too much trouble for them and we know she's in safe hands, which is a massive comfort to us. Residential Care
Residents at Norley Hall choose how they want to spend their time, pursuing a wide range of interests and hobbies – from gardening and flower arranging to quiz nights and baking. Guests are free to furnish their luxury en-suite bedroom however they like, with personal belongings – cushions, art or ornaments – providing that true homely feeling.
Dementia Care
With the right surroundings and a tailored daily routine, people with dementia can get the quality of life that they truly deserve. Time, energy, understanding, reassurance and respect are all essential elements of dementia care. But, ultimately, it takes much more to understand each person’s needs and work with them to give them that safe and healthy lifestyle.
Respite Care
At Norley Hall, we provide a luxury hotel-like experience, catering for residents’ every need. Respite guests benefit from a wide range of activities in our homes; we want to ensure our guests live well, pursuing any interests or hobbies they may have – or want to take up.

Kathryn Rimmer
I’m responsible for the smooth running of the care home and setting high standards of care. I love what I do, I’ve been in this profession for over 30 years, and I like Millennium as they encourage personal development and I feel very supported.
Kerry Smalley
I am dedicated to overseeing the management of the home and prioritising the well-being of the residents. I am very passionate about my role and I thrive in the supportive environment created by Millennium Care, a company that’s a joy to work for.
I enjoy positively impacting both the residents and the team around me, ensuring they feel valued and supported in every aspect of their work.
Sue Campbell
My daily responsibilities include managing staff rotas, handling reception and administrative tasks, and assisting the Manager and Deputy with anything they need.
I have the pleasure of interacting with residents and their families every day, providing support and assistance that makes a real difference. It’s incredibly rewarding, and no two days are ever the same.
