Nursing & Palliative Care

Palliative and nursing care provides 24-hour care to residents who require it and those living with a terminal illness.

Millennium Care offers bespoke nursing services and end-of-life care. As well as providing care and support to patients, staff help entire families through some of the toughest times any of us will face.

Enjoy later life at Millennium Care

There is more to life than care alone. We allow our residents to live life to the full, with a wide variety of supported enrichment activities. Adapted physical programmes keep residents active, with creative and spiritual activities to nurture the mind. Residents can keep up with their own hobbies and interests, such as gardening, art, films or reading, with the personal support of our staff.

Activity Coordinators deliver personalised programmes that promote movement, independence and social interaction that breathe life into our care homes.

Our Group Music Ambassador uses music as a way of communication, creating spaces where residents flourish, and our Occupational Therapists get residents back on their feet again, helping them to achieve physical feats they thought were too far.

With highly-skilled Chefs at each of our care homes, we offer a range of fine culinary options to all, working with any specific dietary requirements. Put simply, we care for needs across the board.
