Registered Manager - Langtree

Salary: 

• £55,000 - £60,000

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Nurse with an active PIN
• Previous Home Manager experience
• Experience working within a care home providing EMI and dementia care
• Exceptional knowledge of CQC regulations

Role Overview:

Working closely with the Group’s Regional Manager the successful candidate will oversee and complete the commissioning of Millennium’s purpose-built and state-of-the-art care home, Langtree, which will complete the highly anticipated Standish Care Village.

A qualified nurse with an active PIN, you will be responsible for recruiting a dedicated staff team and building excellent relationships with the local authority and CQC.

After Langtree's opening in Autumn 2024, you will ensure the 52-bed home delivers exceptional care to all its residents while the home plays a vital role in the community.

With previous experience in care home management and excellent knowledge of EMI dementia care you will be responsible for creating a great culture in the home while embedding Millennium’s vision and values.
