The Coffee Morning held at Langtree Care Home last week raised £60 for Dementia UK.
As part of the Together at The Village initiative run by Millennium Care, residents, loved ones, community members and staff members from across three homes at the Standish Care Village came together to build connections and support a charity close to our hearts.
Together at The Village aims to create a community within the Standish Care Village, one that brings together Lakeside Care Home, Langtree Care Home and Worthington Lake Care Home and connects with the wider community.

“It was great to welcome a wide variety of people to our first Together at The Village event. The plan is to make these a regular occurrence for the Group and wider community.
“The events will be varied, so we can connect with different sectors of the community. We love opening our doors to new people and ideas, and our residents love meeting new people.”
