Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 plus KPI bonuses
Job Description
- Develop data-driven strategies that achieve home and company-wide KPIs
- Measure, analyse and report on marketing performance and ROI
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns
- Support occupancy growth and enquiry generation across homes
- Lead and deliver event activity across the Group
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing
- Identify and implement new opportunities s through marketing insight and research
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and performance
- Manage and monitor SEO
- Manage and monitor paid media
- Manage all internal communications
- Act as a marketing partner to individuals and teams across the Group
- Lead a team of marketeers and third-party agencies
- Support the development of marketing professionals
Person Specification
Essential
- Educated to degree level with a relevant qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a broad marketing role
- Commercially aware, with experience of lead generation
- Management experience
- A strategic mindset that can problem-solve
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and a confident decision maker who can be diplomatic
- Motivated by building
- Full UK driving license with vehicle access
Desirable
- Experience or understanding of the care sector
- Experience of multi-site marketing
- Experience in utilising AI for marketing potential
- Further Marketing qualifications
