"I cannot praise the staff at Windsor House enough for the care and compassion they showed towards my mum during her respite period of care. The staff went over and above to ensure she was cared for, including when she, unfortunately, became unwell. One staff member even did a 24-hour shift to ensure Mum was safe until she could be transferred to the hospital. The staff worked as a team to provide excellent care for their residents.
