"I cannot praise the staff at Windsor House enough for the care and compassion they showed towards my mum during her respite period of care. The staff went over and above to ensure she was cared for, including when she, unfortunately, became unwell. One staff member even did a 24-hour shift to ensure Mum was safe until she could be transferred to the hospital. The staff worked as a team to provide excellent care for their residents. Myself and family will be forever grateful to Windsor House for the kindness shown at a very difficult time."

"Mum has been a resident at Norley Hall for almost 12 years, which is an amazing achievement in itself. Even though she has inevitably deteriorated over time, we have always felt that mum has received the best care possible and that all the staff treat her with the dignity and respect she deserves. We've always felt very welcome in the home and have had honest, straightforward answers to any questions we may have had. We can honestly say that we have never left the home worried after any of our visits."

"Marley Court is an amazing place! The staff are fantastic, patient and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are excellent and the home is so clean and tidy. Mum is so well cared for, has been on many trips out and enjoys all the social interactions that she would never have had with her previous care arrangements. I am always welcomed warmly and feel relaxed and at home here. Mum was a very good cook so it is high praise indeed that she thinks the food is excellent."

"My Mum has been a resident of Lavender Hills for well over a year and I can honestly say that my family and I cannot speak highly enough of the care she has received during this time. The home is beautifully situated and is well maintained and cheerful. The staff are amazing and I cannot thank them enough for the way in which my Mum has been looked after. They are always very caring, reassuring and sensitive to Mum’s needs and have undertaken a whole host of activities to keep the residents entertained. I’m always amazed by how much time and effort goes into the activities provided by staff, which I often see on their Facebook page."
