Role Overview: As a Care Assistant, you will support the Senior Care Practitioner and Nurse in Charge in delivering the highest standards of person-centred care preserving the dignity, respect and wellbeing of our residents at all times. You will support and enable residents to maintain their skills and personal interests implementing the Household Model of Care at all times whilst maintaining your skills and undertaking such training and development as required. *Experience of working in a care setting is essential; experience working in a dementia setting is preferred.
