Residential Care
Residents at Lavender Hills choose how they want to spend their time, pursuing a wide range of interests and hobbies – from gardening and flower arranging to quiz nights and baking. Guests are free to furnish their luxury en-suite bedroom however they like, with personal belongings – cushions, art or ornaments – providing that true homely feeling.
Dementia Care
With the right surroundings and a tailored daily routine, people with dementia can get the quality of life that they truly deserve. Time, energy, understanding, reassurance and respect are all essential elements of dementia care. But, ultimately, it takes much more to understand each person’s needs and work with them to give them that safe and healthy lifestyle.
Respite Care
At Lavender Hills, we provide a luxury hotel-like experience, catering for residents’ every need. Respite guests benefit from a wide range of activities in our homes; we want to ensure our guests live well, pursuing any interests or hobbies they may have – or want to take up.

Meet our Team
Kala Morton
I joined the team in 2013. I was initially a Senior and worked my way up. My job includes supporting and providing leadership to the home and finding new ways to enrich our residents’ lives.
It’s my mission to ensure residents live a fulfilled life. I love my job and enjoy spending time with staff, residents, their families and friends. Millennium Care is the place for me.
Rhiannon Corns
I’m responsible for providing a high standard of care for our residents. I love my job because it provides amazing opportunities for me to learn and get to know residents on a personal level.
I enjoy everything about being part of the Millennium team, especially having an amazing support system within the team at Lavender Hills.
Jeannie Kettle
I’m responsible for managing the finances at Lavender, I strive to get the best deals for Millennium and of course our residents and their families.
I love meeting new people, my role challenges me and it’s so rewarding when we win together!
Ella Bateman
My role is to support and lead the team on the floor as well as support the Deputy and Registered Manager.
I love working for Millennium Care because they continuously support my growth and encourage me to take on new challenges. There are always opportunities to advance my career and develop new skills.

I'm responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and that every resident receives high-quality, person-centred care.

I’m responsible for providing our residents with healthy, varied, high quality meals whilst meeting all their specific dietary requirements.
I love providing restaurant quality meals, spending time with our residents and seeing them enjoy mealtimes. I like working for Millennium Care as they support me with my ideas and my role.

My role is hands-on and varied - I handle repairs, maintain the gardens, and ensure everything is in top shape.

What are your visiting hours?
It’s our resident’s home, come when you like!
What activities are provided?
We have two amazing Activity Co-ordinators that deliver person-centred care daily, they get to know our residents and nothings too much trouble.
Are there any additional costs?
We do charge for some add-ons such as hairdressing, salon treatments and newspapers.
Can we bring our own furniture and put pictures up?
Absolutely, we encourage people to make the rooms their own.
